Brain Wasting Disease Spreads to Atlanta
The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals (in an effort to overtake the 9th Circus in San Francisco as the most brain dead court) has rejected the latest appeal to spare the life of Terri Schiavo. She has two options left, both of which depend more on her than anything or anyone else.
You see, she hasn't been fed or watered since last Friday.
She's got one chance with SCOTUS, although that court has twice refused previous appeals. Hopefully the Brain Wasting Disease that has infected the Florida State Court system and has since spread to the Federal courts has not reached the Supremes yet.
Although with their recent ruling that, no matter how heinous, "juvenile" murderers are not eligible for the death penalty, it is possible the disease has spread.
I fear if this insanity is not kicked to the curb by someone with a strong spine, it will be all over but the writing of the obituary.
